Every plan, free included, is the same bridge. Connect any of the seven open-source agent backends (OpenClaw, Hermes, LiveKit, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Deepgram, Cartesia) and your agent joins Teams as a real participant: it talks, sees the screen and camera, speaks when addressed, and appears as a lip-synced avatar. Always in your own tenant, with no meeting recordings stored.

Questions

What is the free plan for?

Development. It runs 5-minute sessions you can reset any time to keep building your integration. Every capability is the same as paid; only the time cap differs. Production, where calls run uncut, is a paid plan.

What counts as an identity?

One AI teammate: a Microsoft Teams bot in your own tenant. Unlimited people can talk to it. You price the identity, not the seat.

Can I bring my own agent?

Yes. StandIn is the bridge, not the model. Connect any of the seven open-source backends over one wire contract, and keep full control of your agent and its keys.

Do you store meeting recordings?

No. The agent joins under your own Microsoft identity in your own tenant, and no meeting recordings are stored.
